Shipping
How long does processing and shipping take?
Every piece is made by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Once your order ships, standard delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each item is handmade to order, I'm unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please email support@mannysminiatures.com and I'll make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Addresses can be updated any time before your order ships — just email support@mannysminiatures.com as soon as possible. Once a package is in transit, the address can no longer be changed, so please double-check your details at checkout.

What are your earrings and necklaces made of?
- I use high quality polymer clay that is durable and light weight.
- All earrings are sterling silver and 925 stamped for sensitive ears.
- Some earrings are glazed with UV resin to apply a shine and add extra durability.
- Other materials used: Sand, chalk pastels, acrylic paint, and glue.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece is handmade from polymer clay, which is durable but not indestructible. A little care keeps your pieces looking their best for years.
- Keep pieces away from water, oils, perfumes, and lotions.
- Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Handle earrings gently when putting them on and taking them off
- Avoid dropping, bending, or pulling on the charm
- Store pieces in a box or pouch when not in use, ideally away from direct sunlight and heat.
