Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because every piece is handmade to order, I'm unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders are packed quickly, if you need to cancel, please email support@mannysminiatures.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received before your order has been packed will be refunded in full. Once an order has been packed, a partial refund may be issued, less the cost of packaging and materials, which cannot be reused.

Because of this, please order only when you're certain about your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email support@mannysminiatures.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and I'll make it right.
