Processing Time
Every piece is made by hand to order. Please allow 4–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships.
Delivery
All orders ship through USPS with tracking, which is emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of purchase.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping is $6.90 for all orders within the United States.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs. Addresses can be updated before your order ships — just email support@mannysminiatures.com as soon as possible.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are outside my control, as are any delays caused by customs processing.
